Leah Humphrey began her musical journey in a small, suburban town in New Jersey. A songwriter first and foremost, she writes from lived experience, shaped by lessons most people don’t learn until much later in life. Her songs carry the weight of someone who learned to grow up fast, exploring the feelings of grief, nostalgia, and longing. Those songs have evolved into a deeply relatable sound defined by vulnerable, raw lyricism and cinematic production, drawing inspiration from artists like Lizzy McAlpine and Jensen McRae.

Leah has brought her sound to stages across Southern California, including landmark venues in Los Angeles such as The Mint and The Viper Room, while amassing over 10 million views and nearly 10K followers on social media.

As she prepares to release her first EP, Leah is carving out a distinct space in the indie folk/alternative scene — grounded in the belief that music can be a lifeline when people need it most.
